Xieyi Water Vapor Capture Pump: The Vacuum Cleanliness Guardian in Optical Coating Processes

In optical coating processes, the cleanliness of the vacuum environment plays a decisive role in coating quality. Impurities such as water vapor and oil vapor in residual gases not only prolong vacuuming time and reduce production efficiency but also affect key quality indicators such as film adhesion and color uniformity. The working principle of Xieyi water vapor capture pumps is based on the Meissenger trapping principle. Placing the cryogenic coil in a vacuum chamber or at the pump inlet of an oil diffusion pump utilizes its low-temperature condensation effect to rapidly capture residual gases in the vacuum system. Regarding preventing oil vapor backflow in oil diffusion pumps, placing the cryogenic coil below the pump inlet and high-pressure valve of the oil diffusion pump accelerates pumping speed and increases vacuum level, while eliminating the need for a defrosting function, simplifying operation.

It can cool to -100℃, or even -150℃, within 3 minutes; during heating, it can quickly regain temperature after 3 minutes of hot air defrosting, and the optimized refrigeration system allows for cooling again within 3 minutes. Furthermore, the combination of a color touchscreen and an industrial PLC allows for historical record retrieval; it uses an internationally branded refrigeration compressor and an environmentally friendly mixed refrigerant; it features multiple temperature and pressure display and recording functions, as well as a comprehensive alarm protection mechanism; the front-mounted valve box facilitates operation, and local/remote switching allows for easy machine combination control; it also features RS485 and TCP/IP communication interfaces for easy connection to a host computer.
