Fluorescence Bandpass Filters are ideal for fluorescence imaging applications. The transmission band of a bandpass filter is surrounded by two cut-off bands, which only allow some wavelengths in the spectrum to pass through, and are often used to transmit a part of the spectrum while cutting off all other wavelengths.
Bandpass filters are suitable for a variety of applications such as spectroscopy, clinical chemistry or imaging. United Optics has released two standard versions of fluorescent bandpass filters with a diameter of 12.5mm and 25mm and an unpackaged version and a wavelength of 340nm-850nm. This filter has the characteristics of high transmittance and deep cut-off depth. It is widely used in fluorescence microscopy imaging, fluorescence optical instruments, life sciences, education and scientific research and other related fields.
