Nylon film is a transparent film with extremely high mechanical resistance. It may absorb a certain amount of water. The higher the moisture content, the more flexible it becomes. At low moisture levels, flexibility decreases. Their excellent barrier properties help preserve the quality of the contents. Nylon films have excellent heat and chemical resistance, high tensile strength, flexibility and tear resistance.
They are also abrasion and puncture resistant and fully recyclable. These films can be easily monitored and act as an effective microbial barrier. They also have low oxygen and odor permeability and strong low temperature properties. These films exhibit lower elastic modulus while maintaining their tensile strength and thermal stability. The clarity of the film optimizes the visibility of the contained product through the film.
application:
Nylon Films and Packaging Natural nylon films are ideal for a variety of food packaging applications. They work well as vacuum bagging films for forming critical composite parts in the production of aircraft parts. They allow for a wide range of applications including drum liners, solvent recovery bags and environmental disposal bags. They are also used for sterilization of medical and dental instruments. They are usually laminated to LLDPE films.
Nylon films are used in the production of various products such as
• Food packaging bags
• frozen food
• Vacuum and modified atmosphere packaging
• Pharmaceutical Packaging
• Agricultural product packaging
• Liquid packaging
• Packaging bags
• Dairy packaging, etc.
BOPA (biaxially oriented polyamide) films have excellent mechanical and barrier properties. It can be used to package greasy and/or corrosive substances.
transparent
– Universal one or both sides treatment
– Cooking applications
– Low COF
– Blister cap
– Straight tear
– cold forming
– High shrinkage
– High barrier properties
BOPA films are available in different sizes and properties:
– Treated on one or both sides
– Sizes from 10 to 30 microns
– Special grades for cooking applications
Metalization
– Balloon class
– for cardboard lamination
Metallized BOPA films combine high oxygen and gas barrier properties with high mechanical resistance. The metal bonding force after metallization is very strong.
– Sizes from 10 to 15 microns
– Treated on one or both sides
