Xieyi water vapor capture pump compatible models | Installation solutions for single-chamber/double-

The Xieyi WVCP series of water vapor capture pumps covers different widths and types of roll-to-roll coating machines. Corresponding models of vacuum water vapor capture pumps are matched for laboratory samples, mass production aluminized films, and wide-width capacitor film production lines. Retrofitting is simple, and downtime is short.

Laboratory-grade small-scale winding machine (width ≤ 1 meter): Utilizes the WVCP1800 compact water vapor trapping pump, with cold coils mounted on the chamber sidewall, and features an independent touch panel, suitable for small-batch coating production of R&D samples; Standard dual-chamber mass production winding machine (width 2~4 meters): Employs the mainstream WVCP3600 water vapor trapping pump, with the cold trap positioned between the high-vacuum valve and the main chamber, and a customized linked defrosting program to match the roll-changing rhythm of high-speed continuous aluminum plating production lines; Large-scale wide-width capacitor film production line (width 6~10 meters): Utilizes the high-capacity WVCP4200 water vapor trapping pump, with dual coils connected in parallel to synchronously remove water vapor from the vacuum chamber, and equipped with a remote communication module for integration with the factory's central control system.

The installation of the entire water vapor trapping pump requires no major modifications to the existing vacuum piping. A conventional winding coating production line can complete installation, commissioning, and PLC linkage testing within 3 days, without altering the original film conveyor rollers or the core structure of the evaporation source. The signal linkage logic between the equipment and the winding machine is mature: the defrosting is automatically started by the door opening signal, and the WVCP water vapor capture pump is automatically turned on after the door is closed and the cavity is sealed, without the need for manual operation throughout the process.
